1. Relevance
In these General Conditions the following definitions apply:
'GlassVision: Glasatelier Rudi BVBA, with registered office at Knaptandstraat 6, 9100 Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, registered under company number BE0478179019.
"Purchaser" means any natural person (B2C) or legal (B2B) with GlassVision in a contractual relationship of any kind is or will have.
"Products": the subject of one or more agreements.

In addition to these Terms may, if expressly stated, specific conditions applicable to certain services and / or products. If there are between these specific terms and these Terms differences exist, are in principle the provisions of the specific conditions over the General Conditions, unless otherwise specified. Of one or more provisions of these Terms may be waived only on condition of an expressly agreed and written evidence. The remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Terms and conditions of purchase which Buyer uses are not applicable. GlassVision reserves the right to change the Terms at any time to amend and / or supplement for future orders. By using the website or other electronic portal GlassVision and / or placing an order the purchaser accepts these Terms and any other rights and obligations as stated on the website. GlassVision may rely on third parties if this is required for the proper execution of an agreement with the Buyer. GlassVision is accessible via 'www.glassvision.be.

2. Information and contracts
GlassVision takes great care in the online publication of information on the properties of the products, and this includes technical descriptions based on data from its partners and suppliers, and photographs illustrating the products, this however, within the technical resources allow and according to the best standards on the market. 3. Price
All prices are expressed in Euros (if applicable and in other international currencies such as the USD and GBP) and include VAT and other taxes. 4. Payment

5. Delivery
We can process your order depending on stock availability. In the event that the products ordered is not in stock, we, we will contact you within fifteen days after the passing of the order of this by email to notify and to indicate the length of time the product is delivered to you may be.

Your order will be delivered as quickly as possible. GlassVision currently offers two types of delivery, namely Post.nl and Bpost. GlassVision takes no responsibility for arriving late or for an order which is lost by third parties or by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. 6. Identity theft and credit card fraud
For the security of your online transactions secure, GlassVision works with Mollie Payment, an authorized payment partner. 7. Defects and complaint filing
The buyer always has the goods immediately upon receipt to scrutinize.

8. Exchange

When a valid and legally correct use of above mentioned, GlassVision will arrange (within 7 working days) for reimbursement by the Purchaser to the sum paid to GlassVision. By it's choice through an internationally accepted method of payment.

There is no refund if improperly used was made of withdrawal. In that case the goods, provided stating the reasons, returned to the Purchaser, at its own expense and risk of the Buyer.

9. Warranty
As imposed by the applicable and relevant legal provisions valid for the products supplied by GlassVision a legal guarantee. If the delivered goods do not conform to the contract, the Purchaser has to file a complaint to GlassVision within 7 working days. Any compensation that follows can never be greater than the amount as invoiced to the Buyer. Usual or normal wear and tear, accidental or intentional changes caused by the Buyer to the product, is not able to present a valid original invoice or proof of payment and various omissions are explicit, but not exhaustive, exceptions to the foregoing warranty system.

10. Odds
In case of force majeure GlassVision not kept its obligations to the other party to fulfill. GlassVision is entitled to suspend its obligations for the duration of the force majeure.
Force majeure shall mean any circumstance beyond its control which the fulfillment of its obligations to the other party entirely or partially.

11. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights and derived rights are retained by GlassVision. Under these intellectual property rights include copyright, trademark (UK / EU depot ........ - yet to deposit - "GLASSVISION", drawings and model rights and / or other (intellectual property) rights, including whether or not patentable technical and / or commercial know-how, methods and concepts. The Buyer is prohibited to use and / or changes in the intellectual property rights as described in this article, unless it is for private use of the product itself.

12. Processing personal data
The information you provide is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders, and the preparation of the accounts warranty contracts. If this information is missing, the order will inevitably be canceled. Specifying incorrect or false data, is considered a violation of the present Terms and Conditions. The personal data of the Purchaser will only be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy statement, consulted through the GlassVision website.

13. Applicable law and competent court
All offers and agreements are exclusively governed by Belgian law. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded. All disputes relating to or arising from offers of GlassVision, or agreements entered into with it, shall be submitted to the competent territorial court, unless a mandatory statutory provision expressly another court as competent.
